Leak Testing

After various production steps, the vacuum components, which have been thoroughly cleaned beforehand, undergo leak testing. This testing is carried out using calibrated leak detection equipment and a helium leak detection gun. The test range extends to a leak rate of 1 x 10^-10 mbar l/s. The tested components can be delivered with a corresponding leak test certificate upon request.
