The Project
Initial Situation & Use
The system is used for forming sheet metal profiles into sleeves of varying diameters and widths.
The requirements included high product variety, short changeover times and reproducible bending processes in serial production.
Our Solution
G+P Engineering AG handled the mechanical design, engineering and implementation of the roll bending machine, including procurement and project coordination.
The electrical and control system integration was performed in close collaboration with a technology partner.
